Something that may help
Both me and my sister (whi is also aspergers) are gluten intolerant. In fact, it seems to be one of those conditions that, like ear infections and lactose intolerancy, seem to plauge autists.
The good thing is, ever since we went on a gluten-free diet, we've been way better. Personally, I sleep better, am less hungry all the time and find it easier to keep my cool.
Just thought it would be a nice something to pass along. :)

I know Justin has food issues. He actually only eats chicken. Once or twice a year a burger from McDonalds only. He will snack on dry cereal Chex brand, I think it is Corn Chex and he will eat pretzels. He eats nothing else & when I say nothing else I am serious. It concerns me so much. But we have so many battles all going on at once, that one takes the back burner for the time.
If you look in the dropdown menu you will see a board called pink lemonade. A lady named Val runs it. She also enjoys the gluten free diet. You might find some tasty ideas there. I am sure she would welcome someone else who is gluten free. It's always nice to find someone with similar interests. She pops in here so you might catch her here as well. Her screen name is Blue Jeanz I do believe.
Will you and your sister eat anything, I do realize now you are gluten free... Prior to gluten free did either of you have "food issues"? I remember Justin as a baby would only eat cheerios as a snack when he was in his walker. Guessing even as a toddler this was something unique with him. I do wish I could get more variety to him, but for right now it's Chicken.

There are habits - which is probably quite close to what Justin has - but not as bad as him that I'm aware of. My sister has actually become more picky since, but I think that is just because she is the kind of celiac that craves the gluten she can't digest, and therefore doesn't like the gluten-free foods. Me, I hate gluten. Well, mostly, anyway.
My habits probably stop at things like I don't eat fruit for lunch very often, as it isn't a lunch food. And if you so much as even suggest having cereal for anything apart from breakfast you will get the weirdest looks from me - who eats cereal at tea, for example? You just don't. It is probably a mental block like that that is causing Justin his difficulties.

Re: Something that may help
I know Val has discussion and recipes that you will hopefully like and maybe there would be something that your sister would enjoy too. If you are comfortable with popping in over there please do.
Pink Lemonade
Mid way down the main page you will see the low carb section and she has gluten free in there. She actually had a great board dedicated to the topic, but enough people didn't find it. I do think she would love to have someone to talk about this with.

Actually, I have the link to one gluten-free forum that I'm still considering. Probably won't join, it's been in there for a while now. I think it's just a bit big on the whole... anyway, she might like it. :)
