Jazzy Hamburgers

We grill a alot. Our grill never gets put away. Even in a snow storm someone can usually be found grilling something in this house. Have both an inside one and an outside one. I am beginning to favor the one in the house. The boys much prefer to cook outside. They love burgers and we really jazz ours up. We love to make our patty with a bit of onion, sometime we even add chopped up fresh green peppers. Lots of seasonings including Worcestershire Sauce sauce, Soy Sauce and A1. Grilled onions too are mandatory as well...

Found these ideas in the article and thought I would put them up as we love to try new things on the grill. And if anyone has anything they would like to share that would be cool too. Having two teens that eat like grant going through Richmond~ I am always up for something new to fill their bellies

Jazzed Up Burgers~ Something New for the Grill

The more I read your posts lost 1, the more I see we have in common. The grill never ever gets put away here. We have two on the patio. portable electric grill inside and another grill at my husband's gentleman's getaway in the backyard aka the dawg house. BTW, we have been known to grill during snow/ice storms too.

I was so tickled you popped over because as I read different things you posted I thought we had a bunch in common too, makes it fun (and hope I am not out of line could be scary as hell too, emoticon )

Latest kick here for us Jambalaya and have actually taken to finishing it off on the inside grill, especially when we us shrimp in it.

Until Olivia got here this whole house was a Man Cave. We always have enjoyed cooking good meals and eating together (just coming off of a love me~love my fat stage, lol). Greg and the boys actually did a lot of cooking and the boys still do. Now I have the little one pattering along to "help". I really hope she takes an interest in it. It's nice for the fam to chip in and get a tasty meal together. Even nicer when the men folk clean up afterwards~I haven't known that niceness nearly as much as I would like to.

I have to get hubby to try the Jambalaya thing. He is half creole so I get a lot of gumbo, sauce picante, boudin, dirty rice, praline, etouffee, crawfish, etc. He is an extraordinary cook and everyone that has ever eaten his food says he should open a restaurant. I told him if he just sold his gumbo, he could make a fortune.
